The Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy Program (WRAPS) has created a strategy to reduce the negative impacts of non-point source pollution (the type of pollution caused during stormwater run-off). Rick Davis of the Kansas Alliance for Wetlands and Streams is the WRAPS coordinator for the Lower Kansas River WRAPS. Reports can be downloaded from the Lower Kansas River WRAPS website.
