This permit is owned by Penny's Concrete and is located just down river from Bowersock Dam and operated on the south bank in the city of Lawrence. The picture below was taken in the fall of 2008. The in-river dredge is currently on the river and can be seen from the bridge near Bowersock Dam. (See Google Map above)
