This is a FREE seminar offered by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary on Sunday, April 3, 1:00 to 5:00pm at Kansas City Sailing, 725 N.2nd Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.  "Paddle America" is an introductory course to meet the boater education needs for operating a canoe or kayak; provide information about how to be a safer, more comfortable and courteous paddler; and provide information on laws and regulations that apply to paddlecraft.  This is a 4 hour, 5 chapter course that concludes with a 30 question exam.  You must REGISTER to attend by calling or emailing Pam Chaffee - 785 550 4074.
