The 4th Annual Breaking the Silence Conference will be held Friday evening, March 11 and all day Saturday, March 12 at the Reardon Center at 520 Minnesota Avenue in Kansas City Kansas and you can register at the door (cost is $1 - what a bargain.) This environmental conference will focus on water quality and other important environmental issues for the Kansas City community. Friends of the Kaw's current Envrionmental Justice grant from EPA is supporting this conference and we are taking an active part in the planning a promotion.
